Son güncelleme: 19 Ekim 2026 · Wubblo hesabınızı (sunucumuzdaki WobbleID hesabı ve cihazdaki profil) ve ona bağlı tüm verileri silmenin üç yolu vardır.
1. Oyunun içinden (hemen)
- Wubblo'yu açın, ana menünün sağ üstündeki ☰ menü düğmesine dokunun: Ayarlar açılır.
- GİZLİLİK sekmesine geçin.
- VERİLERİMİ SİL düğmesine dokunun ve EVET, SİL ile onaylayın.
Yol özeti: Ayarlar > Gizlilik > VERİLERİMİ SİL. Silme sırası: önce sunucumuzdaki hesabınız ve ona bağlı her şey (tek adımda), sonra bu cihazdaki profil. Bittiğinde oyun yeni bir misafir profiliyle ilk açılış ekranına döner.
2. WobbleID web sayfasından
Bir WobbleID kullanıcı adı ve şifreniz varsa id.playwubblo.com adresinde giriş yapın ve Hesabı sil'i seçin. Sunucudaki hesabınız ve ona bağlı her şey aynı anda silinir; cihazdaki profil, oyunu bir sonraki açışınızda yeni bir misafir profiliyle değiştirilir.
3. E‑posta ile (uygulamayı sildiyseniz ya da oyunu açamıyorsanız)
[email protected] adresine "Veri silme talebi" konulu bir e‑posta gönderin. Kayıtlarınızı bulabilmemiz için Destek kimliğinizi ekleyin: Ayarlar → Gizlilik sekmesinin altında A1B2-C3D4-E5F6 biçiminde görünür. Destek kimliğiniz yoksa arkadaş kodunuzu (BLOB-XXXX-XXXX) ya da oyundaki adınızı ve yaklaşık oynadığınız tarihleri yazın.
Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir ve e‑postayla onaylarız (genellikle birkaç iş günü içinde).

Delete my data
Last updated: 19 October 2026 · There are three ways to delete your Wubblo account (the WobbleID account on our server and the profile on the device) and everything attached to it.
1. Inside the game (right away)
- Open Wubblo and tap the ☰ menu button at the top right of the main menu: Settings opens.
- Switch to the PRIVACY tab.
- Tap DELETE MY DATA and confirm with YES, DELETE.
Path: Settings > Privacy > DELETE MY DATA. The order: first your account on our server with everything attached to it (in one step), then the profile on this device. When it is done the game returns to its first‑run screen with a new guest profile.
2. On the WobbleID web page
If your WobbleID has a username and password, sign in at id.playwubblo.com and choose Delete account. The account on our server and everything attached to it go at once; the next time you open the game it replaces the device profile with a new guest profile.
3. By e‑mail (if you uninstalled the game or cannot open it)
Send an e‑mail titled "Data deletion request" to [email protected]. Include your Support ID so we can find your records: it is shown at the bottom of Settings → Privacy as A1B2-C3D4-E5F6. Without it, send your friend code (BLOB-XXXX-XXXX) or your in‑game name and roughly when you played.
We fulfil the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by e‑mail (usually within a few working days).
What is deleted?
